Dr. Mont is a graduate of the Adult Education Program, Pennsylvania State University. She earned a Doctor of Education degree and alternative ways of knowing is her research interest. Dr. Mont worked in the human resources field for over twenty years as an adult educator for several government agencies and academic institutions. Most of her educational experience involved designing, developing and facilitating training and development programs for all levels of Commonwealth employees. While her academic experience includes adjunct teaching assignments at Pennsylvania State University, Eastern University and Harrisburg Area Community College. Dr. Mont has published several articles in peer reviewed journals. In addition, she typically presents at higher education conferences. She currently facilitates a public speaking course for undergraduate students at Harrisburg University.
