Lynn Tonini is a Senior Learning Analyst at Corporate University Xchange, focusing on research on corporate learning organization use of social media for collaboration, problem solving, innovation, and learning. She also serves as Corporate Faculty at the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, teaching a course on Social Learning in the Organization.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a Master of Education degree in Training and Development from the Pennsylvania State University. In the last 14 years in the performance improvement field, she has provided hundreds of hours of training, consulting and coaching in such diverse areas as transition management, human growth and development, computer skills, team building, crisis management, conflict resolution, giving & receiving feedback and performance evaluation systems. A few large-scale performance improvement programs she has developed include certification programs, new employee orientation programs, computer-based 360-degree feedback system, supervision and leadership development programs, and organization-wide ongoing learning systems.
Lynn currently holds membership status in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) the eLearning Guild, and The Community Roundtable. She maintains the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) certification through ASTD.
