Mrs. Sabrina Garcia is an undergraduate admissions counselor at the University. She brings over 8 years of experience building strong relationships within higher education and academic partnerships in the public and private sectors. She is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Psychology and Human Services focus. Her professional career is centered on advocacy for student success and professional life enrichment.
Over the past decade she has developed a strong appreciation for and skill sets directed towards building resilient relationships and motivated messaging. She has refined relationship skills and a wealth of experience in the expansion and implementation of military and outreach events, extensive fundraising, along with representing officials and organizations at events and public hearings.
As an Admissions Counselor, it is her goal to represent you, as the student and parent, move toward a common goal and a potential for a successful and gratifying career. Her diverse background and extensive knowledge in the field of education will be able to set you up for success and guide you along your way.
Additionally, Mrs. Garcia also enjoys community activities, interior design, cooking, boating and other outdoor activities with her family and friends. As an avid sports fan her favorite indoor activity is watching college football and baseball. She is married to an Active Duty Navy Chief Engineer and has a wonderful, yet very comical 4 year old, daughter. Her and her family reside in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
