Free Workshop: Credit and Student Loan Management

The community is invited to this upcoming workshop Credit and Student Loan Management,  part of the DiSanto Chair and the Financial Literacy speaker series at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

The free event is set for 10 a.m. to noon, November 5 in the University’s Auditorium. This workshop will cover the practical application of personal money management concepts with emphasis on using credit responsibly and how to make informed financial decisions regarding spending. The workshop also includes the latest information about credit cards, student loans and credit scores. Importantly, the workshop conveys the impact of students’ current credit decisions on future employment and wealth accumulation.

The speaker is Theodore R. Daniels, founder and president of the Society for Financial Education and Professional Development, Inc., one of the leading financial literacy and professional development organizations in the United States.

There is no charge for the event and refreshments are provided. The DiSanto Chair and the Financial Literacy speaker series is made possible through the generous contributions of Alex DiSanto.
