President Darr will address the State of the University.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire Harrisburg University community, I am pleased to invite you to join The HU Founder’s Club; a philanthropic group of University supporters.

This fall, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology welcomed over 3,000 full time degree-seeking students into our programs. Each academic year, 99% of our undergraduate students receive some form of student aid or scholarship. We are growing at a remarkable rate and look to continue making quality educations accessible and affordable.

The Harrisburg University’s Founder’s Club, seeks to enrich the lives of HU students by providing much needed financial support for student scholarships. With a strong educational foundation, our graduates are going on to become incredible leaders regionally and globally.

We need your support to continue our success. Please consider making a generous pledge or donation of $1,000. Contributions may be given in full or divided into $500 increments to secure membership.

Members of the Founder’s Club, are given the following benefits:

  • Invitation and admission for you and a guest to attend the Founders Reception on November 10, 2016.
  • Invitation and admission to The President’s Luncheon with Dr. Darr on February 15, 2017.

  • Photo opportunity with the headlining musician at the Annual Gala on Saturday, April 1, 2017.
  • Invitation to the Harrisburg University Commencement Ceremony with preferred seating on Thursday, May 11, 2017.

These benefits are designed to celebrate you and your support for HU as we address the educational, workforce, and economic development needs of the Central Pennsylvania region.  Your contributions make a difference, they make change and most importantly, they help secure a bright future for many deserving students.

Sincerely,

Eric D. Darr, Ph.D.
President
