founders-reception-2017

On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire Harrisburg University of Science and Technology community, I am pleased to invite you to join The HU Founders Club; a philanthropic group of University supporters.

The Harrisburg University Founder’s Club seeks to enrich the lives of HU students by providing much needed financial support for student scholarships. With a strong educational foundation, our graduates become incredible leaders regionally and globally.

In Fall 2017, Harrisburg University welcomed its largest class of students from 75 different countries. Each student received some form of scholarship or aid to attend our world class STEM institution.

We need your support to continue our remarkable success. Please consider making a generous pledge or donation of $1,000. Contributions may be given in full or divided into payments to secure your Founder’s Club membership.

Members of the Founder’s Club, are given the following benefits:

  • Invitation and admission to the annual HU Founder’s Club Reception on November 2, 2017, an exclusive gathering of University supporters
  • Invitation and admission to The Presidential Luncheon on February 8, 2018, a private meeting with Dr. Darr and faculty members
  • Preferred access to conference rooms and meeting spaces at HU, as well as private tours
  • Invitation and preferred seating at the Harrisburg University Commencement Ceremony in May 2018

These benefits are designed to celebrate your support to HU as the University continues to address the educational, workforce, and economic development needs of the Central Pennsylvania region and globally. Your contributions make a difference; you influence change. Most importantly, you help secure a bright future for many deserving students.

Thank you for your support to Harrisburg University. I look forward to seeing you on November 2, 2017.

Sincerely,

Eric D. Darr, Ph.D.
President
