Kim has over six years of experience career coaching students, job seekers and professionals on topics including placement strategies, promotion techniques and professional development. She has also designed and implemented multi-partner career development programs, and cultivated corporate relationships including networking and recruitment fairs.
Immediately prior to joining HU, Kim was the Interim Assistant Director at Bloomsburg University where she counseled students on all aspects of their individual career development. She also served as a Career Coach and Workforce Specialist for Central Susquehanna Opportunities for a number of years.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, and her Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.
