Bourse1Students accepted to Harrisburg University of Science & Technology may begin their college education in Philadelphia. The University offers its entire first-year curriculum in Philadelphia at Independence Mall in the historic Bourse building, home to the Hussian School of Art.

All bachelor degree programs start in Philadelphia and seamlessly transition to the Harrisburg campus after the student’s first year to complete the degree. Students majoring in New Media Design & Production and Interactive Media may complete their entire programs in Philadelphia if they so choose.

There are no additional fees for students attending the First Year in Philly.  Plus graduates from any Montgomery County, Delaware County or Philadelphia School District may quality for a full-tuition scholarship. Transfer students can earn scholarships ranging from $8,000 to full-tuition for their grades.
