HU & Computer Aid, Inc. Present Dr. Temple Grandin for a no-cost presentation “Autism and the Scientific World”

 

Please join us on April 18th  as Harrisburg University teams with Computer Aid, Inc.’s Autism2Work to host Colorado State University professor and autism spokesperson, Dr. Temple Grandin for an evening presentation “Autism and the Scientific World.”  This no-cost event will take place in the Forum Auditorium in Harrisburg.

Dr. Grandin, who was inarticulate until the age of four, is one of the first individuals on the autism spectrum to share her experience with autism. In 2010, she was named to the Time 100 list of most influential people in the world.

Doors open for this free event at 5:30 p.m., with opening remarks beginning at 6:30 p.m. Dr. Grandin is scheduled to speak at 6:45 p.m.  The Forum Auditorium is located at  500 Walnut St, in  Harrisburg.
