University Websites Win MarCom Awards

Two Harrisburg University of Science and Technology websites received top honors during the annual  MarCom Awards.

The MarCom Awards are an annual awards program that is ran by the Association of Marketing & Communication Professionals. The MarCom Awards recognize creative excellence and is the largest and prestigious competition worldwide, with over 6,000 entries per year, from individuals to Fortune 50 companies entering submissions.

The University received MarCom Gold Awards for the University’s main website (http://harrisburgU.edu) in the education category and the website for its Data Analytics Summit (http://analyticssummit.harrisburgu.edu/) in the conference category.

The awards will be listed on the site (Marcomawards.com) in late November of this year.

“This is a tremendous distinction for the University. One that is seen and recognized by marketing communications and creative professionals the world over. Having both sites recognized like this is pretty astounding,” says Timothy McKenna, Web Developer & Designer at Harrisburg University.
