HU Professor to present papers at digital gaming conference in Japan

Harrisburg University Interactive Media Professor, Dr. Kelly Boudreau, has been selected to present two papers at the Digital International Games Association (DiGRA) Annual Conference in Japan, this summer. 

The first paper Dr. Boudreau will present is, “The Road to Toxicity is Paved with Good (Play) Intentions: Transgressions in Everyday Digital Play,” which she wrote with a panel titled: Transgressive Play and Transgressive Aesthetics.

Dr. Boudreau also will present a co-authored paper titled, “Designing & Playing with Captured Experiences in Music Videogames.”

The conference is set to take place in Kyoto, Japan, Aug. 6-10.
