A national college guidebook recommends several undergraduate programs at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

The 35th Edition of Rugg’s Recommendations of the Colleges highlights Harrisburg University for its majors in Biology, Chemistry, Computer and Information Sciences, Geospatial Technology, and the programs in Biotechnology and Integrative Sciences that prepare students for medical school.

The guidebook author, Frederick Rugg, is a former secondary school counselor.  This college guidebook recommends 14,000 “student-oriented” undergraduate programs at America’s colleges and universities. The recommendations to the guidebook come from thousands of students and guidance counselors around the nation.  It is used by many young adults to formulate their starting list of colleges to consider.
