Professor Andrew J Hacker is Founder of Thought Network the world’s first public Artificial Intelligence blockchain. Thought is based on individual pieces of hybrid data/AI known as Smart Data that create a whole new paradigm of “ground-up” AI. Thought Network is creating a new kind of infrastructure for privacy, security, artificial intelligence and data analytics. Professor Hacker is also Cybersecurity Expert In Residence at Harrisburg University where he is helping to further the University's position as a world class institution in Cybersecurity. Mr. Hacker is the former Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where for 6 years, he supported the Enterprise Information Security Office in managing information security, guiding State Agency CISOs and Executives, interacting with State and Federal partners, and protecting citizen data and government systems and operations. He played a major role in creating enterprise security strategies, standards and policies, enhancing overall application security, and was responsible for risk management and compliance across the commonwealth. Mr Hacker studied Electrical Engineering at Rutgers University College of Engineering and has publications in Network World, Information Week, Help Net Security and appears regularly as Cybersecurity Expert on FOX , NBC and CBS news affiliates locally and nationally.
