HU Storm Sets the Standard in Collegiate Esports
Each year, 15+ esports players receive competitive academic scholarships that cover up to full-tuition and additional support for housing. HUE Invitational
Storm hosts one-of-a-kind spectator events such as the HUE Invitational tournament, where 15+ world-class varsity esports teams travel to HU to compete for the title of the HUE Invitational Champion. The HUE Invitational serves as an unofficial kickoff to the collegiate esports’ competitive semester.
Esports Club
HU is also home to a student-led esports community club where students meet weekly and can play any game they wish. Ranging from cozy games to competitive games like Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, the HUEC is open to all students interested in gaming and esports at HU. The HUEC also hosts smaller events throughout the semester, including tournaments and game-a-thons in conjunction with other clubs. Club Advisor: Charles Palmer
